Robert Dodd
Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder
As CEO of the company Mr. Dodd sets the strategic direction of the company and works closely with the management
team to direct all aspects of the company’s operations. Mr. Dodd’s blend of experience comes from his prior work
where he produced commerce and marketing web sites for Fortune 500 clients including Reebok, The National Football
League, Newell Rubbermaid and Thomas Register of American Manufactures. Prior to founding XL Technologies Mr. Dodd
was the Director of Development at Living Naturally, LLC where he was instrumental in developing the company’s flagship
web based product line which served the 50 billion natural products industry. Mr. Dodd is also a former NY City Police
Officer who spent 6 years on patrol in Harlem, one of the city's toughest neighborhoods. From there he was recruited to
work in the Chief of Personnel’s office where he was tasked with the challenge of identifying embedded chip technologies
in all NYPD electronics that might fail during Y2K. Mr. Dodd is a former member of Rudolph Giuliani’s Y2K Remediation
Committee.

Joseph Solano
Chief Technology Officer / Co-Founder
Mr. Solano is responsible for overseeing all of XL Technologies research, development, and engineering groups.
He has over 15 years of experience leading organizations to implement technology solutions in a variety of industries
including Real Estate, Healthcare, Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Software development.
Mr. Solano holds a B.S. in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Thomas Robinson IV
Vice President Sales & Support
Mr. Robinson is an industry veteran with over 10 years of management experience. Bill brings to XL Technologies,
LLC a proven record of success in sales, marketing, product development, merchandising, brand management,
and customer service. Mr. Robinson is a former real estate agent and has been involved with real estate software
application development since 1993.

Bill Boyette C.P.A
Financial Advisor
Mr Boyette's twenty years of experience encompasses accounting, tax, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations,
new venture planning, business planning, finance and treasury, budgeting, cash management, risk management and
general business planning services. He has worked in both public accounting as a CPA and in private industry as
Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. His broad range of experience and exposure to many different
industries makes an asset to any organization.

Ken Chapman Jr.
Corporate Counsel
Mr Chapman has been a licensed Florida attorney since 1990, practicing primarily in the areas of Corporate/business law
(with a focus on the technology industry) and real estate law. His experience includes General Counsel of Acterna's
Multi-Media Group division (formerly known as Cheetah Technologies), serving as in-house counsel in the healthcare
industry with PharMerica, in the power utility industry with Florida Power Corporation and TECO, and in the
professional employer ("employee leasing") industry as General Counsel with TeamStaff, Inc.

Amanda Bailey
Finance Manager
Ms. Bailey is responsible for XL Technologies, LLC financial operations. Prior to joining XL Technologies, LLC, Amanda held roles with Target
Corporation, National In-Store Marketing, and the YMCA. Her responsibilities included marketing, product merchandising, account/client management and
financial/operational auditing. Amanda’s wide array of experience will benefit XL Technologies, LLC and its customers. Amanda holds a B.A. in Sociology
from the University of Arkansas.
