XL Technologies, LLC is an exciting entrepreneurial software development firm located in beautiful downtown Sarasota, Florida We have been in business since 2001 and are a privately held and profitable company.
We are currently looking for a level 1 help desk technician for our propritary software packages. If you are a self-motivated problem solver and thrive as part of a team that is undertaking a bold adventure
together then this is the position for you. Given our size and corporate culture, you will do a bit of everything - from helping test software to participating in meetings that will shape the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent communicator -- written and verbal
- Ability to patiently communicate with clients
- Professional demeanor
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong MS Office Skills
- A willingness to work after standard business hours are preferred
- Responding to helpdesk tickets and accepting support phone calls
- Basic troubleshooting and system administration tasks
- Basic software installation and configuration
- Assisting with other tasks, such as system administration tasks, testing, troubleshooting, and much more
Salary based on experience.
This position is located in Sarasota, FL. Local candidates preferred. No third party vendors will be considered for this position.
